Bloomio appoints the legal firm MME

Zug, 25/08/2017 - Max Lyadvinsky, CEO, announced today that Bloomio entered a collaboration agreement with the law firm MME Legal to support all the legal and compliance matters. The Swiss firm is a founding member of the Cryptovalley Association and is regarded as a market leader in the practice of allowing policymakers to construct thoughtful and enforceable legal and regulatory frameworks for blockchain applications. 

This appointment represents a first step in the journey envisioned by the Bloomio’s founders to bring the highest financial standards to equity crowdfunding.
