Bloomio seed funding announced

Lausanne, 10/06/2017 - Bloomio, an equity crowdfunding platform powered by blockchain, has successfully closed a seed round of 700 K CHF today, led by the three co-founders, Max Lyadvinsky, Emile Osumba and Alexey Raevsky, and individual investors who decided to remain anonymous.

Bloomio's objective is to redesign the venture capital industry by connecting promising startups with individual investors. The secured funding will be used in order to establish a dedicated team, as well as for the setup, development and subsequent launch of the online platform. 

A second funding round (seed plus) is foreseen in February 2018.
