Tatiana’s broad skillset is evidenced by her successful management of several key consumer brand launches at L’Oreal, the launch of e-commerce operations at OBI, and the comprehensive digital transformation deployed by Leroy Merlin. In her most recent role as CMO of Alibaba Russia, Tatiana executed the CIS market & growth strategy for AliExpress and crafted the crucial «go-to-market» launch and strategy for TMall, which is now the global behemoth’s largest sub-brand. Tatiana is the recipient of several prestigious industry accolades including Effie and Cannes Lions awards and was named «Best Retail CMO» in 2016. Tatiana is an alumnae of the Harvard Business School.
