Since 2012 she runs a global executive search boutique firm focusing on Blockchain, Logistics, E-commerce, Purchasing, Supply Chain, etc.
In the capacity of the external advisor, Juliet assessed the C-level executives and worked on projects, setting up new corporate structures, helping her clients to drive changes in the management team, hence the entire organisation.
Nowadays, Juliet is an active member of a blockchain startup ecosystem in Asia, advising startups, connecting them with the partners and talents worldwide.
